Spray them off with a hose.
Aphids love nitrogen fertilizer, so dilute the fish water so there’s less nitrogen.

I am not sure what you mean by aquaponics. You mean the aphids are in a fish pond? I don’t think those are aphids, as they have nothing to do with fish but instead feed on plants. Ladybugs and ants will eat aphids, and they will naturally find them. You can ,however, use garlic spray to get rid of aphids. Mix 2 cloves with a gallon of water. Make sure the cloves are diced up and let it sit overnight then strain and spray with a spray bottle.
